I did my research first because I'm always aprehendsive about business like this, but I needed extra cash. I made sure I knew how much money to expect and what was offered to me was actually MORE than I expected! Anthony helped me and he was super nice to me and to the other customers that I saw him assist. There were a lot of employees in the store, which meant that everyone was being taken care of and no one had to wait around. Seeing my gold was a pleasure. I definitely recommend this business to others that want to sell gold/silver. I wanted to sell silver too, depending on how much I would get and Anthony advised me that thte amount of money that I would receive for the silver bracelet that I showed him wouldn't be worth exchanging for the beauty of the piece. He said that I might as well keep it. I definitely agreed with him. I browsed a bit and there were a lot of great jewelry pieces. I wasn't in the store to purchse, but next time I want to buy some nice jewelry I will definitely go to market street gold. I also had a pleasant conversation with the security officer. Great customer service in this place.
