Horrible experience to say the least!! We are a local business owner who has been a customer of Eddington and on our last trip the forklift driver took the forklift up the ramp of our trailer(which if he was a certified driving her would know not to do this) and placed two hugh holes in the ramp. When we call to speak to the owner not only did we not receive a phone call back but the person answering the phone was RUDE AND hung on up me. Horrible customer service and never received a call back about my $1500. damage trailer!!!
