When I was in need of an orthodontist almost three years ago for my son, who was 7 at the time, I immediately asked other mom's where their kids went. I was referred to Dr. Viechnicki's office in Kutztown and we were sold on this office from our first visit!!
Dr. Viechnicki, his son Dr. Bryon and their staff are wonderful! They are efficient, friendly and very helpful. They offer incentives to the kids that encourages good habits and I don't know of ANY business that gives flowers to moms the week before Mother's Day. Unlike many doctor/dentist offices where you are treated as as ""number"" everyone in the office knows our kids by name and that means a lot!
In addition, Dr. Viechnicki has been willing to work with us as we have gone through the loss of job and insurance. He offered the best solutions for us and made things manageable financially. His compassion and willingness to work with us during this stressful time is appreciated more than he will ever know!
We tell everyone we know to go to Dr. Viechnicki, whether its just for a consultation or extensive work...He's the best!!!
