Just a horrible mismanaged location, The manager obviously don't know what shes doing.
The waiters and waitresses are the worst. Its almost impossible to get refills, you'll never see your waiter/waitress again after you place your order.
If your food does get there it'll be cold and stale, and good luck trying to leave, you'll have to actually find someone that works there and force them to give you the bill so you can leave.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
