Review content:
Throughout the years Hayden's Lakefront Grill has been one of my favorite dining spots. I had always recommended the restaurant to friends and business associates. The food has always been excellent. However in recent years their service has declined from ""stellar"" to down right offensive. Maybe it's the snooty teenage hostess that greets you with a ""why do I have to care"" and dragging thier feet attitude or the incredibly forgetful and unapologetic waitress that cant even refill your coffee cup without be asked four times. Having experienced this type of service more than once and having no response to the customer comment cards or on line comments, I feel that this may be the standard mode of operations and therefore I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
