I recently purchased a new vacuum here. The salesperson was friendly and really knew what she was talking about. She answered all of my questions in a professional manner. After she asked what my needs/wants in vacuum were, I was more than confident make the decision to purchase a Miele vacuum. I had done some research on my own online and I was pretty sure that's what I wanted. There are so many models to choose from and I wasn't sure where to start. The woman who helped me made it easy to make an educated choice. They even do their own warranty work/repairs so I know exactly where to go if I have any troubles. They showed me all about the model I chose (a Miele Capricorn) and how to properly maintain it. I've never imagined that I would enjoy cleaning so much. It is a joy to use this vacuum. I highly recommend House of Vacuums for any and all of your vacuum needs.
Pros: Full service locally owned vacuum specialty shop.
Cons: Short hours.
