Review content:
I signed with this company because my Realtor recommended them. I didn't know much about the inner workings of home at the time, and thought he did a good job. He did make some recommendations that I would never have thought about, like extra roof vents. What really ticks me off is that I specifically pointed out an area in the basement and asked if it would cause a problem. "Oh no. That is common. It should never leak." It leaked with the first rain. Some doors will not work properly because the floor is slanted, and the pipe for the rough-in toilet was completely broken off and just sitting on top of the hole. I would think that those problems should be noticed by a professional inspector.
