I had these guys fix one tv, and it works with no problem, they did a great job. I needed them to come out and fix another tv, they acted like they didn't want to do it. They said one didn't work without looking at it. I had a similar issue with a different tv at one point and that one I got fixed easily, so how do they know whether or not it is completely dead without looking at it! I needed them to look at 2 other tvs and hook up my box to my tv for me, but since I couldn't fnd the box it wasn't worth him coming out. I'm paying you to look at the tvs, what's not worth it. I will never use them again. First good experience, and didn't event get to a second one when they made me very unpleased.
