Review content:
When I was a patient here many years ago a hospital employee provided information to a third party in regards to my stay. I notified the board of directors and they did nothing. The hospital did acknowledge that the nurse that released the information admitted to knowing the party that the information was released to. At the time I was in the middle of a legal action and the other party was being provided with information about me. The hospitals response was, ""Well employees do talk, but we discourage it"". In retrospect, I should have hired any attorney and sued, but I was not aware of my rights to privacy and my medical information. If this wasnt bad enoough, the nurse was also going to my newborn daughters pediatrician and receiving information about her and providing that to the third party also. It makes me sick to think that someone at a medical facility can take advantage of a patients vulnerabilities during a difficult time and a hospital does nothing about it.
Cons: horrible experience
