For those reading this post: my son wanted this guitar for Christmas, the ONLY thing he actually requested. Without going into too much detail, he is not the type of child who understands ""out of stock."" All of the major internet chains and guitar stores in the major cities were sold out of this particular one but Pianos N Stuff Music accepted my order (even though they didn't actually have one in stock). I was sent an email letting me know of the situation but was assured they would get one and have it shipped to me for a December 15th delivery. I received the guitar (as promised) and my son's Christmas was made perfect. Thanks for the personal service, communication and just MAKING my son's Christmas!!!!!
