Review content:
It is concerning to the owners and staff at Truly Yours Cards & Gifts that such a spiteful and negative review would be posted about us. This review was placed by a Vendor--that is correct--someone who was trying to get their foot into our store to sell us product to in turn sell to our loyal customers. We felt that at this time, both the product and the representative were not a good fit for us. Phone threats to management as well as bad postings on citysearch cannot over power the positive community contributions that Truly Yours Participates in. Our involvement in the community and community services has been applauded and recognized by many in the Phoenixville and surrounding area. As a final thought--all that BECK777 has proven ,to us, is that we had made the right judgement call not to bring in her andr her product lines into our store. We thank all of you who have been and continue to be our loyal customers and invite you to share your experiences with all of the other citysearch subscribers.
