We had an appointment scheduled for their Ronceverte, WV event. We showed up at our appointment time (with two well-groomed toddlers in tow), and there was no one there, the volunteer working at the fire station hadn't heard from anyone, and had no idea what had happened. We waited for a full thirty minutes (at which point the toddlers were a wreck!) and after trying to call their office and only getting voicemail, we gave up. We never received so much as a phone call with an apology or an attempt to reschedule. Completely unprofessional. Save your time and money -- go to a real, local professional and donate to your local emergency services on your own terms.
