Review content:
The doctor on call was very unprofessional and showed it when I called in regarding a dosage mistake with my daughter's medicine. He proceeded to talk down to me like he was scolding me. None the less he told me to come in the day after I reported the issue to write a new script and also told me to bring in the old medicine. When I arrived to the office I was explaining the issue to the nurse and apparently he over heard me talking about the situation and addressed me in a very unprofessional apprehensive voice belting out my issue so it can be heard throughout the office. His actions didn't embarrass me, it pissed me off. His unethical approach to resolving the issue seemed to be violating HIPPA by saying my daughter's information ( name,DOB), asking me to write down my address for his unforeseen reasons.
