This was one of the worst experiences I've had since owing a home. I had a few minor plumbing items in need of attention (a leaky drain and a broken outdoor pipe that goes to a sprinkler). They sent 2 guys, who spent most of the day just looking at the items in need of repair and scratching their heads. Then BOTH guys went to the store, came back hours later, and then spent about 1/2 hour actually working on the stuff. To add insult to injury, I then receive a bill in the mail for almost $900.00 (over 4 times what other plumbers had quoted). And God help you if you even question the owner about any of it....rather than give you a professional answer, he gats angry at you for questioning him! LESSON LEARNED!
Pros: I can't think of a single pro.
Cons: Everything....the work they did failed a short time later!
