These people are a joke.
I lived in one of the buildings when they bought it over 3 years ago. Since then, he made us feel uncomfortable, and has a ""bully"" presence about him, and never listened to our concerns about the building, area, or problems we had within our individual apartment.
When they took over, they said they were going make alot of changes and were going to renovate all of the apartments, including the ones that had tenants in them already. However, they only renovated the empty apartments. Also the contractors used were just as unprofessional as the apartment manager himself, and did a poor job with the wood floor refinishing, which is rubbed bare in many apartments. Also, the foundation is sinking and and I'm sure nothing has still been done about that. The place is infested with bedbugs, but you can't tell them because they don't want to pay to have to place taken care of. I'm sure there's asbestos in the walls, because the place is old, and has never been tested. The entire building is ran by one single furnace, so you can't control it when it gets cold and doesn't come on, or it overheats your apartment. Don't expect the walks to be shoveled in the winter either! Parking?? Good luck! I've never been more happy to move out of a place!
But I guess if you enjoy being lied to and treated like you don't matter, then this is the place for you!
