I am a current customer here and i have been storing here for at least 8 months. i was going to move my items out in Oct and i found out that there is new management here. I told the new staff on the problems I had and they were able to help me out so i decided to stay and still am here The staff here is friendly and will go out of there way to help you out to the best that they can. I do receive invoices in the mail and i do like when they call me if my payment is late. they do try to contact me before the late fee gets added on and when do they call me i appreciate the call I will continue to referr my friends, family and co workers if they need to storage to go rent from them. I LOVE IT THERE
