I bought a Kroehler living room suite there .I read reviews and looked everywhere the reviews on this couch by the company was great.I loved the style and comfort of it.after 1 month pieces of the fabric was coming off and the arm was slanting and squeaking ( yes squeaking!) So I called value city they were right on it and sent a man out . the manager told me that I can pick out a new living room set or they would replace the couch and give me 50 dollars for my trouble.I was very pleased with their customer service I loved the look of the couch so I told them just replace it.which they did and now after 2 months the plastic tubing around one of the cushions it coming out.so Im calling again.Nice look and comfort great customer service.but furniture not the best quality if you buy here buy the warranty you will use it.
