Review content:
I have been using this car wash for years and, within the past year - the service has declined rather rapidly. I continue to use them, however, because when watched over like a hawk; they can do a phenomenal job in cleaning my car. However, they ""hand wash"" all cars after they've gone through the soaping process and they ruined one of the windshield wiper blades on my new Lexus. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until it rained two days later and the glass on my windshield was permanental etched by a bent blade (which they denied responsibility for when I went back to complain and to demonstrate what they'd done wrong).
Pros: Convenient location, good work done when closely monitored
Cons: Management doesn't care about customer satisfaction
