i drive a tractor and trailor and had parked next to a few other tractors to go home to my family for the weeknd.this was saturday night ,sunday my truck had been towed away after i had made a deliverery and parked back in a different spot.at noon i went back to my truck and swanson had inpounded MY tractor and trailor and wanted &700.00 to get it out, they had told me they stickered it on friday night and it wasn't even there til sunday ! there was a trailor with a wet green sticker on it that was still there the next day,when went to pick up my truck,swanson had glued a white sticker and rubbed dirt on it making it look like it had been in inpound for weeks. they damaged my truck and said it was already like that.needless to say not only did i loose my job for this i am being sued for the damages, they towed it for 8 miles, so if you want damages to your cars or trucks call swanson and see how many lies they tell YOU, the wrecker driver and the girl at dispatch wouldn't know the truth if it slapped em in the face. not only that-they refused to give me the owners name, so hmmm i wonder what else they are hiding? i have a neighbor that they was called out to tow her car and they damaged the left fender and broke the tail light then told her it was already like that .
Pros: they make lots of money off of YOU
