Review content:
We just returned from Mexicali Border Cafe (a slow Thursday night) and, I must say, I am perturbed. My wife?s food was cold. The manager returned to the kitchen to prepare another plate for her. While my wife watched me eat, I bit into a taco in which the beef was cold ... not luke warm mind you, COLD! I waited for our waitress or the manager, who finally returned with my wife?s dinner. I told the manager about my taco and he offered to make me another one. I explained that I wasn't interested in waiting while my wife ate and that I had already lost my appetite. I suggested that he credit my bill for the cost of my wife's dinner . NO WAY! He wouldn't hear of it! He became very argumentative. In his judgment, he fixed the problem. Hardly. Ultimately he returned with a coupon for a free appetizer on our next visit. YEAH, LIKE WE WILL EVER GO BACK THERE! What a bunch of rookies!?
