Review content:
Do not move here. Do not be fooled by the ""SPECIALS"" flags out front. There is a registered sex offender there (check the web site and match the address). The water smells. The roaches don't help out with rent. The smell of dog poop and cat urine is over whelming. You have to learn managements schedule- not there at posted hours, only a few hours a day. You have to wait 'til they're there to get it. Have had packages taken. Mosquitoes are bad- the ground is always wet- and they have never had Orange County come out and spray- and they do it for free. Probably because they haven't had a license to be a Motel since 2001- also on a state site. If you move there---- good luck.Only put 1 star to post.
