Businiess name:  Camco Management

Review content:
After serving on condo boards for over 20 years, I have sadly discovered that Camco Management, current property managers of my new home, have failed to keep the Condo Association in compliance with Wisconsin Condominium Law. Mandated forms were not filed at the Court House, disclosure documents are routinely not supplied, owners who call for assistence report they have been bullied, a unit burnt down to the ground and Camco never answered the page and failed to show up as elderly women stood outside at night. Incorrect and incomplete information was supplied to owners in preparation for a state legislated vote on statuatory reserve funds. Realtors report great difficulty in working with Camco on closings. The last one stated, ""Camco was of no help whatever."" This is my first time use of City Search to post a review, but when a ""business"" such as Camco is so unresponsive, and unprofessional, so discourteous and arrogant to the ownership it supposedly works for, then it's Time For The Truth. Pros: Cheap Cons: You get what you pay for.
