My neighbors are actually the ones who used their service. I would NEVER pay such an unprofessional company to work for me. They put the wrong product down on my neighbors' yard and ended up having to reseed their yard. Well, since our yards and touching (it's a 2-5 foot section in some places directly next to our driveway) when they put down the product, it also killed our grass. The company was contacted and sent a ""manager"" out. It's hard to believe he's a manager because he was so unprofessional, no call before, no apology for just showing up, extremely rude. When he came out he said because of the type of grass I have it's just not growing again. If you look at it, you KNOW that's not it. Not to mention, every other area of grass I have is GREEN. This company is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. I've contacted them twice and not gotten a solution to my problem. Waiting on a call back from the office manager. If I don't get a solution, I will be contacting the actual company since this location is just a franchise. I'll also be contacting BBB.
