My wife and read about El Greco in Seattle Magazine and we've been making a point to try all the top-rated breakfast spots. I ordered the garlic sausage frittata and my wife ordered the french toast of the day (a specialty at El Greco). My frittata was made with egg whites (because I am allergic to egg yolks) and I was happy that I didn't have to order it with Egg Beaters. My fritatta, while not traditional, was great. It was coated in a light cheese (can't remember the type but it wasn't the typical Jack or Cheddar) and it had slices of this garlic-chicken sausage that is probably a local product (maybe Isernio's?). The toast was made from an Italian rustic bread (I think) and it too was awesome. Pros: food, creativity, service Cons: parking
