When my Fisher Paykel GWL 15 clothes washer went out of balance, didn't stop, and the tub unhooked itself from the support rod, I called Dave. He answered, scheduled his next available appointment the next day. He arrived on time, tools in hand, and an hour later he left. In that time he fixed the washer, and diagnosed and fixed the squeaking noise the drier had started making, which was from a worn seal. He was friendly, clearly knew what he was doing, and had parts in his truck. I highly recommend him.
