*All of us at Scarlet Red are disappointed knowing that our only local competitor feels it is necessary to slander our name and our staff. Forrest says that Scarlet Red and it?s staff are a shame to the tattoo industry and that it is unsanitary to have a tattoo shop and a hair salon together. He says that we are dirty, low class, scary, trashy and we are unqualified artist. We feel it is necessary to mention that our shop is where he started his business and the staff he speaks so poorly of in these postings are the employees that he hired when he was here. (One staff member was let go by Needlewerx and re-hired by Scarlet Red.) The staff was qualified to work for him but because they chose to stay at Scarlet Red when Needlewerx was asked to leave, he now says they are un qualified and provide poor service. We have passion for the services we offer the public and welcome everyone to visit Scarlet Red as well as Needlewerx to determent for themselves where they would like to do business. We encourage quality competition because it offers our customers a choice that would otherwise not be available to them.
