Review content:
The coffee shop has gone downhill the past year. We used to go there about once a week, and now we have stopped. The service is apathetic and the food is inconsistent. I tried to order a rare steak and was told they could not make a rare steak, only medium or more. I finally got the waitress to agree to bring me a medium rare, but when it came it was medium well. I asked the waitress if I could get one that was rare or medium rare, and she gave me a look of contempt, and then brought out a raw steak. (I'm not exaggerating!) Everyone at my table just stared at it and her. The waitress then said ""here you go,"" and walked away. We never saw her again.
