Completely dishonest people. Please check with other local mechanics before taking your car here.
I took my 2000 dodge caravan in for repair. Alternator(160),belt(40),and new battery(100) was needed. Cost? $640+!!
I call the shop back within the hour to inquire about the status of the car and was told by one associate that the parts just arrive. So I told him that I don't want the work done and will just pick up the car and was told that was fine by the associate.
Five minutes later, I was called back by a different associate and said the work was already done and I had to pay. So I asked them to please put it back the way it was and I will pay for the labor hours. The manager then came on the phone and told me that the labor charge was $198 and it would be double that if they had to take out the parts and undo the work, making me having to pay $400, pretty much forcing me to pay the rip off charges.
Come here for an oil change and nothing more. You can't trust these people.
