He filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy for us that saved our financial lives. About a year afterward I had a baby and lost my job, things got much worse, and learned that we could also file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, however, by then Mr. Jones' fees had increased and he was not willing to take a smaller amount or take payments. However, he gave us a reference to an atty that would, Dane Hines, and he's been a really great guy. Philip Jones is worth the money, if you can afford him.
