Businiess name:  Ta-Ke Sushi Restaurant

Review content:
In the world of sushi-- it all boils down to the freshness and quality of the fish and Take is simply fantastic. It seems that recently sushi places have become mroe about who's who and image and less about good sushi. Take is a rare gem. The quality vs the food value is excellent as I have spent much more for much less at other resturants. The peoiple who work their are all friendly and you can tell really want you to have a good experience. The staples were all excellent -- spicy tuna, hamachi, albacore and fresh water eel, and some of the best uni I have ever had. From the kitchen try the buta stir fried with kim chi and the stuffed mushrooms. Take is a old fashion sushi bar with none of the bling of Koi but thats not why you come to a place like Take-- you come here becasue you love great sushi.
