Review content:
We've lived here for over a year, and I couldn't hate this place more. If it weren't for financial reasons, we would be out of here. Within the first day of signing the lease, our gut instinct told us to leave, and we should have followed it! We went to look at the place before the managers were there (on a weekend) and to our surprised it was unlocked and smelled completely disgusting inside.
*There is mold, under the sinks, in the showers and who else knows where.
*There is no output vent for the dryer so it will instantly heat up the house to unbearable levels EVERY single time we do laundry.
*Under the kitchen and bathroom counters are so rotted and moldy that our food and items are constantly ruined or disgusting.
*The bathroom is one of the worst I have ever seen. If you ever want to have a hot bath, don't bother. You won't get it. But if you like watching plant life and mold grow while you're showering, you're in luck!
This place is terrible! The only redeeming quality is the beautiful woods and wildlife. Other than that, it's just awful and old.
So very disappointed in our ""home"".
