I agree with you and the other review on this site the staff seemed very rude on numerous occassions, we use to go all the time, gossiping about your customers isnt in your job description your customers realize this is what you are doing about them, (you are waitresses, bartenders and managers not family or friends)when you do thisyou are treating your customers very rude one must reevaluate the reason for going, when you go to spend money at a place one expects good service and being able to relax,(otherwise we could of just stayed at home)you are there to work and as a customer we shouldnt have to watch soaps and have to wait forever for a beverage or for our food, hey bartender put the food down wait on your customer with respect you may make more money and have a better customer base, i will say your a great place to cash a check but the last time i thought you were in the resteraunt business if you want a happier staff treat them with respect and mostly your customers with respect otherwise re-evaluate your career choice (bank teller perhaps maybe a more suitable career choice) keep in mind you are in the management position because of the staff that works under you treat them with the respect( that you would like in return and always treat your customers like they are guests in your home even if you may not agree...golden rule the customer is always right and if it wasnt for them you and your staff wouldnt have a job, you may strongly want to work on your menu and the preperation of your food bacon should taste like bacon not fryer grease etc and good hygiene is what is expected, take a step back and look at what the customer sees and maybe you can improve your establishment and bring in more of an income for the owners that employ you and your staff as for us we have decided not to return to your place of business we have been very patient about this for a very long time now but finally enough is enough and we have choosen to take our business elsewhere and i have to admit that they have a very professional and comfortable place for us to relax and enjoy one another for that is why we the customers go out to enjoy ourselves, not to be treated rudely by our servers, and thier tips greatly reflect our gratitude, i hope that this may be a learning tool for you and your staff if we hear that your improving we may try it again but in no time soon signed local customers that use to enjoy schnells for many years it use to be a place where we would take our families and friends but for now we will wait to see if these issues are addressed
