A pleasant welcome by the owner who's patient-not hurried-and attentive to your needs and committed to providing them satisfactorily.*** Pick up date and time is estimated,*** so call ahead to see if your alteration is, or will be, completed on time. She might run behind due to the unpredictability of the number of customers on any given day. This could be a problem if you must have it on the day ""promised."" Call ahead!

Initially, I provided a 4 star review, prematurely, which was based on my initial impression. Alteration wasn't ready on date promised, so I returned again today to be informed that the charge had increased. Sleeve length was too long, so the jacket was left for another day. Communication is difficult due to fragmented English which jeopardizes good communication & understanding. I sincerely believe she means well.
