I was scheduled for a massage, for which I arrived 5 minutes late (according to bank clocks, Comcast time, etc.), and the massage therapist was incredibly rude. I was prepared to apologize, accept 5 minutes off my time, no problem. But she chewed me out in front of everyone in the salon, during which all employees and customers stopped what they were doing to listen, offered only 20 minutes (do they not build in a few extra minutes for changing clothes and such?), then when I declined, stormed out. My friend and I decided we did not feel comfortable staying for manicures and pedicures, so we went elsewhere.
Pros: Did not have a chance to find any
Cons: Do not treat customers with respect
