Let me preface this review by stating that I HATE sounding like a complainer, BUT, this needs to be posted. I went here for a pedicure and a fill for my nails. First of all, the owner was there by herself with no help. She left me sitting in the pedicure chair for a good 30 minutes before she came over to help me. When she began clipping my toe nails, she used the angled clippers to cut as deep as she could into the corner of my left toe nail and then PULLED IT OUT ALONG WITH A LONG SECTION OF MY CUTICLE. It was very painful, and when I pulled back from her and indicated that she had hurt me, she told me that my skin was ""just sensitive."" She did a quick job on my nails, but by that point I was ready to get out of there anyway. HERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART: About two days after my pedicure, my toe started swelling up with puss around the nailbed. My toe became INFECTED due to her clipping my toe nail the way that she did. I had to go to my doctor in order to get a PRESCRIPTION ANTI-BIOTIC cream. I have now had to soak my foot every 2-4 hours for every day of the last week. I will NEVER go back, and I would NEVER RECOMMEND that anyone visit this UNSANITARY and UNPROFESSIONAL salon.
