After Hours
formally known as
Gingiss Formal Wear
Southridge Mall
5200 S 76th St
Greendale, WI 53129
(This store WAS know as Gingiss and was purchased by After Hours. The Customer Service folks at the mall still refer to it as Gingiss AND After Hours. Not that it changes my review, but for the RECORD I am clarifying it for all to see)
My husband was standing up in a wedding and this was the formal shop chosen by the groom.
We would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
They were so incredibly rude and very unpleasant to deal with.
The day before the wedding, my husband, my 2 month old son and I went into this store the get the tux.
First of all, they had screwed up the order and Scott's clothes were not the right size. Secondly, it had been prepaid but After Hours/Gingiss had no paperwork showing this and were forcing us to pay again until they could straighten things out. (We had the proper receipt showing that it was paid in full)
Lastly and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever, I was asked to leave the store because my son's STROLLER was taking up space for their OTHER customers and besides, WE WEREN'T paying customers!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!
Granted, some moms have these super huge strollers, but I do not. I was courteous to other men picking up their suits as we were sitting off to the side. But that wasn't good enough for this establishment. During my husband's fitting, I was told to leave so there would be more room for the other men and maybe I should go walk around the halls! I was so appalled at this treatment that I am boycotting After Hours/Gingiss and telling everyone how poorly they treated us.
