My family and I were recently in Las Vegas where we watched my niece, the former Ms. Wisconsin get crowned Ms. America 2012. We needed to host a cocktail party for the family and friends from Wisconsin that were in Las Vegas to support Laura. I didn't know how we were going to host this party being 2000 miles from home. I found Natalies catering service on the internet, so I thought I would give her a call. Let me tell you?best move I've ever made. I told her what we were looking for and she responded with the most incredible menu. In the weeks to follow we talked many times. It was usually her reassuring me that ""Yes"" I can do that. She did it all! The day of the party had finally arrived and it was FABULOUS in every way. From set-up to clean-up, Natalie and her staff were professional, efficient, accommodating and friendly at all times. Not to mention honest and trustworthy. That meant so much to me since I was 2000 miles away and all I knew about Natalie was what was on her website. It was a joy doing business with her. I was so impressed with the food and presentation of it. The food was beyond delicious and displayed beautifully.To quote one of our guests ""THE FOOD WAS TO DIE FOR""!! And how could I forget the most beautiful centerpiece of red roses. Thanks to Natalie and her girls this is a party none of us will ever forget.
