Review content:
Between myself and my husband, we have paid off three vehicles through Earl Hyles Auto. (Arlington, Texas) At one point and time I would have highly recommended this dealership. I have to admit that right now I am somewhat dissappointed in them. I was already to trade in my last vehicle I purchased from them and purchase another one but they refused my trade in (or any others at this time.) even though I have perfect credit with them and the vehicle is in good shape. ( Which is probable due to the new manager and/or owner.) They said they are trying to reduce inventory. Is that normally how a car dealership works? Wish I could locate the owner and ask. Guess I will have to take my business elsewhere. My husband was told also that he could not trade his vehicle in until he owed a $1000.00 or less. Go figure. Pros: Used to be fair, curtious, flexable and a decent selection of vehicles. Cons: Can no longer say the above.
