Review content:
I took three sets of baby outfits here to get them monogrammed, and out of the three, they only did two correctly. They kept lying saying they hadn't had a chance to get to them yet, when it turned out that the machine had eaten one of the gowns and they were attempting to replace it. They then messed it up a second time by using the wrong color thread. When they tried to fix it a THIRD time, they bought the wrong size. Now my twins have matching outfits in different sizes. On another set, they capitalized the boy's name and did the girl's name in all lowercase...another non-matching set. They have done nothing but offer excuses and tell us why it's not their fault. Terrible!!!!!
