I have done business with David for ten years now. I get to serve David's realty clients by securing financing of their homes. I have and do work with many realtors. After all this exposure to real estate sales people, I chose David to sell my home and to make the purchase of my current home. I chose him because I saw the side of him that many of his clients don't see. He is knowledgeable of the markets, patient and most of all demonstrates integrity. He will also tell the client the facts of the purchase whether they are positive or negative. I have never known David to cut corners, coerce or in any way NOT look out for his clients best interests. In my business, I get alot of my own clients who do not have a realtor and I have never been concerned in any way when I recommended David to be their realtor. He is trustworthy, responsive and reliable.
