My now Fiance went here to buy an engagement ring for me. They got him the perfect one, sized just right and with a beautiful design. He picked a blue topaz as the stone in a princess cut and a white gold band with filigree on the sides. Very nice ring.
They were courteous and helpful and informative nearly to a fault. They were also very friendly and made you feel like you were talking to an aunt or something similar. Needless to say he loved shopping there.
Some time later we both came in to get the ring plated and were shocked when they offered to plate it for free. They also buffed it and made sure it was to our satisfaction before leaving the store. I then stayed a bit to look at bands, since my ring will be interesting to match a band to because of it's shape. I felt very comfortable and loved the selection and willingness of the staff to help me find the right band. I left there that day wanting to go back and shop some more! lol
Really great people and a really great shop. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
