Businiess name:  Humphrey's Salon

Review content:
I used to go to this salon because at one time it was an upscale, quality place close to my home. However, recently it seems to have taken a turn for the worse. The salon manager (Patty) has no concept of customer service, and appears to only care for those who fit her pretentious ideas of what a client should be. She flat out denied scheduling my appointment for a time when the salon was closed, and then argued with me about what she said. She refused to give me the owner's name so that I could contact him or her about her lack of respect for a client. She made me feel like I didn't belong there, and intentionally embarrassed me in front of the stylist and fellow receptionist. I will not return, and seriously, for the price, I'd rather make the drive to Uptown and go to Osgood O'neil-a fantastic place! Besides, with Patty at the helm, she's sure to run it into the ground in no time! Pros: A few good stylists Cons: Pretentious salon manager/receptionist
