Review content:
The location was a good fit for me and the price was right but remember you get what you pay for. I was told they have some townhomes with fireplaces, bay windows and french doors and once I put my deposit down and got my address the townhome I was assigned had neither of those. I was not able to view a 4 bedroom before giving my deposit. I had only the floorplan and I was shown a 2 bedroom that was in a nice condition. I am not happy with the condition of the place upon move in it was not move in ready. I even delayed the move in date and when I came back it still was not move in ready but hey I had to move so....... It was not clean carpets were stained floors were dirty cabinets were very dirty inside and out oh goodness and some were stained with paint that will not come off upstairs walls were not painted bathroom tub and shower need to be refinished the shower door is just awful old and scummy. We all know that you must clean your place even after the apartment people clean it but that is my point they never even cleaned it. They cleaned the carpets and even those were still stained. I found items in the cabinets and closets that the previous tenants had left behind including mail. I will admit that it is spacious that is one of the reasons why I had to chose this place given my situation and circumstances the economy is so bad now so we will live here and make the best of it for the next year until things get better for us but be aware. This is my story just thought that I would share it with you.
