After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before
viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal
in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content
creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions,
but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,
and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. In cases where contact information
for the author is listed on the page, we recommend that you work directly with this
person to have the content in question removed or changed.

Review content:
They will not tell you this upfront, but they are only affiliated with one insurance provider. They'll take your card, scan it, tell you they will file for you, and even give you an estimate of your portion of the work knowing full well that your provider will not cover them. We found this to be very underhanded and sneaky. Luckily, we got a statement from our insurance provider the night before we were scheduled to have about $1000 worth of work done stating they would not cover them. In hindsight, we did find buried on their website a paragraph basically stating it's not their problem. I can understand their point of view, but they really should be upfront with this during the visit, rather than pretending there will be no issue with the insurance and going to the trouble to provide an estimate of how much the insurance will cover. For obvious reasons, we will not be returning to Dr. Buzz.
