Review content:
Mediterraneo is a jewel! The open doors lent a breezy respite for myself and my food saavy mother (a chef) and father. The portions were giant. I noticed a couple sharing a dish- which seemed to be perfectly acceptable, the waiter even served them at the table from the plated dish
I ordered what my family calls ""the acid test""- tuna, rare. It was excellent and very fresh.
What really set this place apart were the small things, - the flawless service (never having to ask for more water, etc), waiters fold your napkins if you leave the table, the complimentary limoncello at the end of the meal- that really seal the deal. The waitstaff was young but friendly and extremely professional.
If you are looking for a wonderful dinner in Prov- go to Med..away from the touristy crowd down the street, the meal and service are worth EVERY penny!
