I purchased a pool from Griffin Pools in May of 2004 and everyday was difficult in working to achieve set contract. I was told in the purchasing phase that the pool would be installed within a two week period and it took the entire summer to complete. Griffin Pols came on the site tore down a portion of my privacy fence, dug the huge hole, leaving the entire bachyard and most of the front torn up. The hole in the backyard remained for approx. six weeks before anyone followed up to finish the install. The hole was a major hazard for the new community, it was full of water throughout the six week time period. They assured me they would have it resolved within two weeks(They started on June 21, 2005). I am still trying to get it fixed(five weeks later). They say they are still working on it.
Cons: neglectful service, poor quality, poor standards
