Review content:
I have used this salon three times and had issues two of those three! Today I had an appointment and usually I receive a reminder call the day before. I did not so I called to confirm that everything was a go and the receptionist told me it was fine and to come on. I drove the 20 minutes only to be told on arrival that I could not be seen for a long long time. The colorist (Crystal) never apologized, though the receptionist did. Crystal is good at hair cuts and color but it is not worth it if you are the type of person that expects professionalism.
