After almost 17 years my sweet baby gave me the gift of going to heaven laying in her favorite chair so that I did not have to make that most difficult of decisions. Our wonderful Dr. Redden at ELAH recommended Mr. Terry and his services - so grateful she did.
I spoke with him only once but the true compassion in his voice really came thru. He did not call her ""it"", or ""the cat"", he called her Simba and told me how much he loves his kitties and how sorry he was for our loss, such a kind & gentle voice. Today I brought Simba home. Her beautiful urn was wrapped in paw print tissue paper. Did I cry, of course but I really feel she received the care and respect our furry family members deserve. Thank you Sir, you are truly a blessing and a gift to all who have suffered this heartbreaking loss.
