Review content:
I took my fiancee's ring to Baileys in Rocky Mount to get properly sized. Everything seemed fine. They had a ton of customer service agents, no customers. That should have been a red flag. They had to send the ring out and it would take 2 weeks. Since this was supposedly a reputable jeweler, I agreed to have it sent out. They charged around $70 for the work. What came back was not indicative of the company's name nor reputation. Whoever did the actual work cranked down on the shank, destroying it, and marring the rhodium. They even snipped out the marking on the ring that tells the metal of the band! I'm pretty upset that my soon to be wife's gorgeous engagement ring is going to have to be replaced! When I confronted their jeweler, he was rude and condescending. He was quick to get the ring back in the shop to cover up the shoddy resizing job. Why would I let a company that couldn't do the job the first time, try again?! He got to the point of trying to bait us into a verbal altercation in the store with his snappy comments!!! Unreal. Might be why he hides in the back room. Do yourself a favor and just skip Bailey's in Rocky Mount. Other Bailey's stores may be better but I'm sure there are better places in Eastern NC that will stand by their work and actually want a repeat customer!
Pros: Straining to find just one...
Cons: Doesn't stand by work, lacking in customer skills
