Review content:
This place would not accept a valid, not-expired coupon that I had for it. I went there because I of the coupon, and when I got there, they didn't accept it. This is such a blatant ethical violation as they had the coupon printed with absolutely no intention of honoring it. When I told the manager, he began explaining to me some absolutely BS sob story about how he didn't give the coupon booklet authorization to print it for the last 2 years. The story was absolute BS. Even parts of it were true, why do your customers need to know this? Isn't this an issue that you need to deal with the people who printed it? Why didn't you get this fixed after the FIRST year they supposedly "printed it without your authorization"? He told me they don't accept it because people kept photocopying it. Really? Photocopying a color, double-sided coupon that had perforated edges? Really? They must be the same guys who counterfeit hundred dollar bills. As I was leaving, the manager told me "never come back", what a complete con-artist sociopath. This COULD have been a good place to eat if only the manager wasn't completely unethical and dishonest.
